Our Services

We offer a wide range of audio visual consulting services, including but not limited to:

General Audio Visual Technician 

A General AV Technician is capable of loading/unloading trucks and setting up/removing AV equipment in meeting rooms and exhibits. AV technicians have a working knowledge of audio, video and lighting.

AV Floater 

An AV Tech Floater is a GENERAL AV TECH who monitors multiple breakout meeting rooms and exhibit floors. They also assist in-room operators for breaks as well as setting up breakouts\removal of all equipment from rooms. 

CAVS technicians are always highly visible and proactive.

AV Tech In room Operator 

An AV Technician in-room operator presides over a basic breakout room. In-room operators make certain that your meeting is a success. This is due to the competence and hospitality we offer our clients/presenters. Also being well versed in MAC & PC operating systems, PowerPoint, including various presentation programs etc...

A1 (AUDIO ENGINEER)

An A1 engineer is the orchestrator of the entire audio system. They are tasked by the setting up,operating and breaking down of audio equipment and delegate responsibilities to others under their supervision.

V1 (VIDEO ENGINEER)

A V1 engineer is the orchestrator of the entire video system. They are tasked by the setting up,operating and breaking down of all video equipment,while delegating responsibilities to others under their supervision.

L1/ (LIGHTING ENGINEER)

The L1 is in charge of the lighting setup. This includes interpreting the lighting plot for rigging and light fixture placement, assignment of dimmer patches and final focus. L1s may also program and operate lighting systems. This technician is capable of operating both analog and digital lighting consoles.
